Update (1/25/13): The good news is that she if safe. The bad news is that she purposely drove across the country by herself, ditched the running car, and hit out at a friend's house. Obviously, there must be more going on with her. Please keep her in your prayers.

seeking information regarding the whereabouts of Michaela Scott.
This 17-year-old teenager left her home in Gilbert, Arizona on Wednesday January 16th after taking her parent’s car, a silver colored 2010 Toyota Scion bearing Arizona license plate AZA6431.
This car was located Thursday, January 17th, at approximately 4:30 p.m., parked on a rural road surrounded by farm fields at 1075 N. CR 1100 E., Tuscola, Illinois. The key was discovered in the ignition and the motor was running.
Michaela was not observed in the car nor in the surrounding area. Although Michaela had previously attended school in Tuscola, a canvas of her friends has not helped locate Michaela.
Deputies from the Douglas County Sheriff’s Office, Police Officers from the Tuscola Police Department and a canine officer from the Arcola Police Department have been utilized in the unsuccessful search for Michaela.

Anyone providing information which results in finding Michaela may be eligible for a cash reward.
