It is easy to love the people far away. It is not always easy to love those close to us. It is easier to give a cup of rice to relieve hunger than to relieve the loneliness and pain of someone unloved in our own home. Bring love into your home for this is where our love for each other must start. -Mother Teresa

This lovely young lady will be back on US soil in just a few weeks. Things are going to be very different for this visit: she will have 4 younger host brothers and  two of her older sisters will be joining her. (Yes, her host family will have 7 children for the summer!)

Her host family is still trying to raise the almost $9000 they need to host.   In addition, they will be paying for clothing, shoes, activities, and possibly health care.

If you would like to help, you can make a tax deductible donation through the New Horizons for Children Website. Please follow these directions:

  1. Click Here
  2. About half way down the page click on the Donate Button that is over this : To make a donation towards a specific child click here
(To assure your donation is correctly applied, enter only the Country code and the child’s ID # in the comment field on the next screen, example: C001)
  3. N*stya's code is E0194. You may want to add that this is for the Doran family.

You can also make a donation by clicking here.
They must have this money raised in the next few days. Don't wait until December to make all your tax-deductible charitable-giving. GIVE NOW!

If you still aren't sure how to donate or have questions, let me know. I would be happy to help you!

We must remember the words of the Lord Jesus.
He said, 'It is more blessed to give than to receive.'
Acts 20:35b
